Stage 1, which will start from Göreme, continues for 30 km in the Cappadocia Valleys and reaches the Kızılçukur Valley, which is the take-off point. Athletes, who start their flight from the take-off point, glide over the unique geography of Cappadocia for approximately 60 km, among the fairy chimneys and Andrew Rogers statues that can be seen from space, and land at the designated point. Stage 1 is completed when the athletes reach the finish point after the descent.

The athletes, who start climbing from the ancient city of Mokisos (Nora) at an altitude of 1469 m, start walking on the 10 km route to the Hasan Mountain take-off point at an altitude of 1934 m. Athletes taking off from the take-off point perform a flight of approximately 50 km. Then, they land near the Selime Cathedral, which inspired the Star Wars movies and appears with its fascinating structure. Athletes, landed around Selime Cathedral, compete for approximately 14 km along the Ihlara Valley, which is visited by hundreds of thousands of tourists every year. At the end of this stage, the athletes who reach Ihlara Village Square complete the competition and the winner of the competition is determined by evaluating the two stages.
